Dr. Ankita Nanda is an Associate Professor & Head of Department, MBA.She has completed her PhD. in marketing in the year 2013 from the University of Jammu on the topic “Multidimensional Framework of Impulse buying: A study of Urban Consumers\". Dr Nanda has more than 12 years of experience in teaching and is a qualified NET-JRF. Her areas of interest include Consumer Behaviour, Retail management, Entrepreneurship, etc. She has several publications in Journals of National and International Repute. She is also the Official Licensee of the International TEDx Event and has organized several high-end events at the Institute. Dr Nanda is empaneled as an expert trainer for the Regional Training Institute Jammu and has conducted several trainings. Dr Ankita recently received the prestigious Teaching Learning Award at the ICTIEE 2024.

Dr. Mansi Gupta has over 14 years of experience in the industry, academics, and academic administration. She did her graduation in Computer Science & Engineering from MIET Jammu. Her post-graduation is from Symbiosis Centre for Information & Technology, Pune in Information Technology Business Management. She has pursued her Ph. D. from University of Jammu in Management. She has served as a Global Consultant in Tata Constancy Services, Gurugram. She has also worked at Oracle, Bangalore as a Research Analyst. Before joining MIET, she has served as a faculty in the department of management in MBSCET, Jammu where she was heading the MBA department. Her research interest areas are Marketing, Digital Marketing and Social Media marketing.

Dr. Swati Samnotra has over 1.5 years of experience in the industry, academics, and academic administration. She did her MBA from School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, University of Jammu. She has pursued her M.phil and Ph.D in Tourism and Travel Management, from Central University of Jammu. She has served as Lecturer in Management, at Government Degree College, Ramnagar, Jammu. She also worked as Guest Faculty in FCI, Jammu and Central University of Jammu. Her research interest areas are Peace, Tourism and Sustainability.

Ms. Diksha Mahajan has done MBA in HR & BE in Computer Sciences from University of Jammu. She has over 13 years of experience in teaching at graduate and post graduate level. She has attended several conferences, workshops, FDPs and has to her credit about 5 research papers in Conferences of National and International repute. Her research areas are Human Resources, Organisation Behaviour, Marketing, etc.

Shivani Kanaria has over 2.5 years of experience in the Academics. She pursued her graduation in Science from University of Jammu. Her post-graduation is from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. She worked with IIM Amritsar as a Teaching Associate. Furthermore, she presented a research paper at an International conference and Participated in various training programmes based on Research./p>
