Prof. Ankur Gupta is the Director at the Model Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jammu, besides being a Professor at the Dept. of Computer Science and Engineering. He has 25 years of experience spanning industry and academia. Prior to joining MIET, he worked as a Team Leader at Hewlett-Packard, India Software Operations, Bangalore. He has 5 patents granted, 35 patents pending at the Indian Patents Office and over 90 published research papers in international journals/conferences. Prof. Gupta holds B.E (Hons.) CS and MS degrees from BITS, Pilani and PhD from NIT, Hamirpur. His research interests are in cloud computing, P2P networks, network management and AI. He is a recipient of the AICTE Career Award, faculty awards from IBM, EMC and Rs. 2 crores in funding from Govt. agencies.

Prof. Devanand Padha has over 43 years of rich experience in Research and Academics. He did his Ph. D. & Post Graduation from University of Jammu and later served as Professor at Jammu University & Central University for over 20 years in the department of Computer Science & IT. Also, he has served as Chairperson in NAAC Peer Team in various reputed Institutions & Universities. Furthermore, he has experience of over 04 years as a Research Fellow at University Grant Commission. He has to his credit 88 Research Papers published in various journals of National and International repute and has produced 16 Ph.Ds. Now, he has joined Model Institute of Engineering & Technology, Kot Bhalwal, Jammu as Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering.

Dr. Bhagyalakshmi pursed Bachelor of Computer Science from University of Jammu, India in 2010 and Master of Computer Science and Engineering from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, India in year 2013. She is pursuing Ph.D. and from the Department of Computer Science & Information Technology, School of Applied Sciences since 2016. Her main research work focuses on routing in Computer Networks and Cloud Computing. She has also published research articles in journals of national and international repute.

Dr. Mohammad Shabaz has completed his B. Tech in Information Technology and Telecommunication Engineering from Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, J&K, M.E and Ph.D. in Computer Science Engineering from Chandigarh University, Mohali. He is working as Assistant Professor at Model Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jammu, India. He is Editor at Neuroscience Informatics (Elsevier). His area of interest is application of computer science in interdisciplinary domains. He has Published over 100+ research papers in various journals indexed in Scopus/Web of Science, 5 Indian Patents and 3 Australian Patents. His major work is in the healthcare domain. His major contributions include the creation of novel algorithms like SA Sorting, Shabaz-Urvashi Link Prediction.

Dr. Surbhi Gupta did her post-graduation from the Department of Computer Science & I.T., University of Jammu. She pursued her Ph. D. from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, J&K. Her research interest areas are Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Soft Computing, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology. She has also participated in multiple international conferences and bagged the best paper award. She has, to her credit, multiple research papers published in peer-reviewed SCI, SCIE, SCOPUS -indexed international journals.

Ms. Mansi Walia completed her Bachelors in Law from the University of Jammu and her Post Graduation in Criminology from LNJN NICFS GGSIPU Delhi, specializing in Economic Offences Law. She has authored numerous research papers and articles on socio-legal subjects, with three publications in national journals. Ms. Walia gained industry experience in cyber/financial crime and law at WhiteLint Global Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, and later pursued teaching after clearing UGC-NET 2022, focusing on Law and socio-legal issues. Her interests include Crime, Criminology, and the Criminal Justice system.

His research interest areas are Data Engineering and High-Performance Computing. He has, to his credit, over seventeen research papers published in journals of national and international repute. He has done a 6-week data science and machine learning program from NIELIT Chennai. He had completed another SWAYAM online course in a foundation course in tourism from IGNOU, Delhi, and an introductory course in Biomedical research from NPTEL.
