FINANCE COMMITTEE
Overview
The Finance Committee will be solely responsible for all financial matters of the institute, such as the preparation and approval of budgets, allocation of funds, and recommendation of fee structures. The Committee will include senior members from within the institution and external financial experts, including representatives from the University. The decisions taken by the Finance Committee will be submitted to the Governing Body for final approval and implementation in alignment with the financial vision and strategic goals of the institution.
